"Illiam Y Thalhear" is a traditional dance tune from the Isle of Man whose title translates as ‘William the Tailor’. It is a set dance for a couple. It is a version of a well-known ballad "William Taylor" some versions of which contain references to the Isle of Man.
It was recorded by Ensemble Galilei on Music in the Great Hall (1992). They play it in a medley with "Shooyl Inneenyn" and "The Flitter Dance" which are both in this section.
