This tune, known as "The Tempest" is an English country dance. It is not the same as the tune of the same name that appears in the Tunes section. This tune was printed in Community Dances Manual 3, published by the English Folk Dance and Song Society (1954). It was collected from shepherds near Powburn, Northumberland. I have not been able to find any more about it.
