SThe parts are played AABB.<br> Connie Walsh was a Sliabh Luachra fiddle player who emigrated to America.<br> Sliabh Luachra accordion player Johnny O’Leary<br> remembered only this one slide: <br> "...he used always play that tune before--in any dance that was his first and<br> only slide, I’d say, he had. He hadn’t many more of them I’d say”.<br> It was printed in Mallinson's Enduring (1995),<br> Moylan's Johnny O’Leary (1994),<br> Taylor's Music for the Sets: Blue Book (1995) and<br> Treoir, Vol. 2.<br>
