"The Glen Cottage Polka" (in Gaelic "Teachín an Ghleanna"), also known as "Glen Cottage No. 2",<br> "Glin Cottage Polka", "The Green Cottage" is an Irish polka in A Dorian.<br> This is the polka version of the Scottish strathspey "Alasdair MacAlasdair".<br> It was printed in Mallinson's 100 Irish Polkas (1997).<br> It has been recorded by Sean Keane, Kevin Burke and Boys Of The Lough.<br> I learned it from the Boys Of The Lough recording on their The West of Ireland album.<br>
