"Jackson's Reel 2", in Gaelic Ríl Mhic Eoin, also known as "Jackson's Number 2", "Athens",<br> "Blodgett's Reel", "The Clogher Reel", "The Dublin Reel", "Dublin Lasses",<br> "Miss Daly's Reel," "The Shuffle Reel", "The Twelve Locks", "The Twister",<br> "The Union Reel", "Victor Wild" or "The Westmeath Hunt" is an Irish reel in G Major<br> ('A' and 'C' parts) & D Major ('B' part). The parts are played ABC.<br> This is a popular reel in County Donegal. Caoimhin Mac Aoidh (1994) lists this as one<br> of the Donegal tunes played with long-bowed double stops, reminiscent of piping.<br> Breathnach (1985) notes the version played in the key of 'C' or 'D' is called <br> "The Dublin Reel" and finds the alternate title "Dublin Lasses" in County Leitrim<br> and Kerry.<br> In Ryan's Mammoth Collection (1883) it appears as "Miss Daly’s Reel" .<br> It was printed in Breathnach's Ceol Rince na hÉireann III (1985),<br> Brody's Fiddler's Fakebook (1983) and<br> Krassen's O'Neill's Music of Ireland (1976), (appears as "Dublin Reel").<br> It was recorded by Brian Conway on Consider the Source (2008),<br> John Joe Gardiner & Kincora Ceili Band on Ceol Tire (1976),<br> Jean Carignan on Jean Carignan (second tune of "Jackson's Medley") and<br> Michael Coleman on The Legacy of Michael Coleman (second tune of "Jackson's Medley"). <br>
