The tune was recorded under this title by County Sligo fiddle great Michael Coleman (1891-1945) in New York in 1927. It is also set as a polka and is familiar as part of the ceili dance "The Siege of Ennis". The 'B' part is melodically similar to "Billy in the Lowground". "Billy in the Lowground".
