This tune was named for a sister of fiddler Sergeant James O'Neill (originally from County Down and Belfast), Captain Francis O'Neill's chief collaborator for his Irish music collections. It was printed in Taylor's The Crossroads Dance (1992), Krassen's O'Neill's Music of Ireland (1976), O'Neill's Music of Ireland: 1850 Melodies (1903), O'Neill's Dance Music of Ireland: 1001 Gems (1907).
