in Gaelic "Imtigte go California".<br> Also known as "Bound For California", "The Fireman’s Reel", <br> "Going To California", "The Humours Of California",<br> "The Juggler", "The Portsmouth Hornipe" and "The Whiskey".<br> This Irish reel appears as a hornpipe in Sam Bayard's "Dance to<br> the Fiddle March to the Fife" #351. It also appears (in the key<br> of A) in Sam Bayard's "Hill Country Tunes" #18.<br> In southwestern Pennsylvania the tune is known as "Buttermilk and<br> Cider" and is indexed as such in both Bayard texts.<br> My version of Bayard tune appears in the Old Time Tunes section.<br> Besides in Bayard, it has been printed in both O'Neill's (Music of Ireland:<br> 1850 Melodies), 1903 and (Dance Music of Ireland: 1001 Gems), 1907.<br> It has ben recorded by Fennigs All Stars, Hank Sapoznik,<br> Andy McGann And Paddy Reynolds, Boys Of The Lough and others.<br>
