Scartaglen or Scartaglin, in Gaelic Scairteach an Ghlinne, is a village and townland in the Sliabh Luachra area of County Kerry, Ireland. As of the 2011 census, the townland of Scartaglin had a population of 163 people.
The tune is circular, i.e: the second ending of the B part does not resolve to the tonic "D" but sets up an easy transition back to the beginning. I added the single measure fine to end it satisfactorily.
