"Toss the Feathers" (Gaelic "Croith Na Cleití"), also known as "The Creaking Headboard" and "Sonny Brogan’s". There seem to be two tunes named "Toss the Feathers"; one in E Dorian and this one in D Mixolydian. I learned this from Mick Malloney. There are plenty of triplets which add uniqueness to the tune. It was recorded by Kevin Burke, The Chieftans, The Boys of the Lough, Mick Malloney, De Dannan, The Dubliners and others.
