"Farewell Princeton" is an American reel or breakdown collected from the playing of <br> Clyde Davenport (October 21, 1921 – February 16, 2020), an old-time fiddler and<br> banjo player from Monticello, Kentucky. His tunes were recorded by Jeff Titon.<br> Davenport was a recipient of a 1992 National Heritage Fellowship awarded by the<br> National Endowment for the Arts.<br> The tune is crooked with the third measure of the B part in 3/2 time with an extra beat.<br> It was recorded by Clyde Davenport on Clyde Davenport Volume 2 (2015).<br>
