"Little Hornpipe" is an American hornpipe or reel in D major.<br> It was collected from Mrs. Sarah Armstrong in Derry in Westmoreland County, PA<br> on Novenber 18th, 1943 by Samuel Bayard. He wrote that he believed that this<br> tune was derived from "Durang's Hornpipe".<br> Bayard indicated a repeat at the end of part A and a begining repeat for the B part<br> but failed to supply a closing repeat for the B part. I have scored it with first<br> and second endings in each part.<br> The banjo tablature is mine.<br> It was printed in Bayard's Hill Country Tunes (1944).<br>
