The parts are played AABB.<br> Another American derivative of the Scottish "Miss Farquharson's Reel" or <>"My Love is but<br> a Lassie Yet", a widespread melody found in many rhythmic and melodic variations for<br> singing and dancing.<br> The banjo tablature is by John Letscher. His comments:<br> From John Lamancusa and Chirps Smith (from Harry Elie).<br> It was printed in Ruth's Pioneer Western Folk Tunes (1948).<br> It was recorded by Chirps Smith on Down in Little Egypt (2003).<br>
