"Old Piss" also known as "Few Days" is an American march or reel in D Major.
The parts are played AB. The alternate title, "Few Days", in this case a floater,
(i.e. it is applied to other tunes as well), was seldom used according to Bayard (1981),
who stated:
"Despite its undesirability, our title for No. 158 ("Old Piss") was almost the only one
the players ever used."
It was of the best-known tunes among southwest Pennsylvania fifers.
It was collected from Marion Yoders, a fiddler and fifer from Greene County, Pa. (1961) and
Hiram Horner (Westmoreland and Fayette Counties, Pa.)(1961).
It was printed in Bayard's Dance to the Fiddle (1981).
