"Texas Gals", also known as "Texas Gales" is an American reel in cut time and C Major.
The parts are played AA'BBCC'.
"Texas Gals" is a tune associated with the southwestern Virginia and northwestern
North Carolina region. The variant title “Texas Gales” title comes from the Doc Watson
recording of the tune.
The banjo tablature is by John Letscher who says that it comes mostly from the
