This tune, known as "The Tempest" is an English country dance. It is not the same as the tune<br> of the same name that appears in the Tunes section.<br> This tune was printed in Community Dances Manual 3, published by the English Folk Dance and Song<br> Society (1954).<br> It was collected from shepherds near Powburn, Northumberland.<br> I have not been able to find any more about it.<br>
