"Ellen O'Grady", in Gaelic "Eiblin Ní Grada" is an Irish slip jig 9/8 time in<br> A Mixolydian. The parts are played AAB or AABB.<br> The tune appears as an untitled slip jig in the mid-19th century music manuscript<br> collection of County Cork uilleann piper and Church of Ireland cleric James Goodman.<br> Slip jigs are often circular. I have added an ending that concludes on the tonic.<br> It was printed in<br> O'Neill's Music of Ireland: 1850 Melodies (1903) and<br> Bancalafri's Celtic Encyclopedia, Mandolin Edition (1999).<br>
