"McFadden's Handsome Daughter", in Gaelic "Ingean Datamuil Mic Paidin" is also known as<br> "The Pride of Rockchapel" is an Irish reel in A Major (Miller, O'Malley, O'Neill, Vallely)<br> or G Major (Alewine). The parts are played AB (O'Malley), ABC (O'Neill, Vallely),<br> AA'B or AABC (Miller). Parts of O'Neill's three-part tune, collected from Chicago fiddler<br> John McFadden, are similar "My Love is Fair and Handsome" as recorded by County Sligo<br> fiddler Paddy Killoran in New York on a c. 1950's 78 RPM recording (the other side included<br> the jig "The Pride of Rockchapel," which has led to some confusion with that name being<br> applied to this reel).
