"Drunk At Night and Dry i'da Morning" is also known as "Drunk At Night, Dry In The Morning" or "Lude's Lament". This is attributed to Neil Gow. It is a British Isles version (printed variously in 3/4 or 6/8 time, and with parts often juxtaposed) of what became the American old-time tune "Drunken Hiccups”.
