He believed the name may come from a fiddler's rhyme attached to the tune<br> but did not record any rhyme for it.<br> The notated version was collected from Mrs. Sarah Armstrong of Derry, Pennsylvania<br> in 1943 by Samuel Bayard.<br> It was printed in Bayard's Hill Country Tunes (1944).<br>
