"Johnson's Impeachment" is an American reel in A Major from southwestern Pa.<br> The parts are played ABCC'.<br> Bayard identifies this as an American composition, based (at least in the first part) on<br> "Hell on the Potomac" or "Wake Up Susan". He also suggests it may be a recombination of<br> other (Irish) elements, perhaps or not the work of his source's teacher Browning.<br> It was collected from Walter Neal in 1952 by Samuel Bayard.<br> It was printed in Bayard's Dance to the Fiddle (1981).<br>
